STEP 1: We Provide a Free Estimate. We will come to your home and assess the project and follow up with a detailed estimate
STEP 2: The Team Arrive at Your Home at Sceduled Time. Our team is always there when they say they will be. They will explain what the will be doing to the home owner.
STEP 3: After discussing the project with the home owner, the team will do a walk around of the house to make sure all breakable items have been removed. We ask home owners to prepare the house and remove items but we will gladly remove them for you to ensure they will not be damaged during the restoration process.
STEP 4: The washing process begins with a pre-soak by wetting all of the vegetation surrounding your home. After completing the pre-soak process, we begin the application of our house wash detergents to your home. We only clean one side of your home at a time to ensure each side receives special attention and is properly treated. Gutter brightening is included in the restoration process.
STEP 5: After some soak time, we rinse with low pressure to assure there is not damage to the exterior. We may repeat this process several times to ensure all detergents are properly rinsed and removed before proceeding.
STEP 6: We conduct a final walk-around of your home to review our work and ensure your home has been professionally cleaned. We replace all furniture and decorations to your residence.
